This nonprofit organization needed help aligning its brand, unifying its tech stack, and streamlining its marketing and fundraising operations. I provided strategic planning and hands-on project management across departments, helping the team build efficiency and drive results.
In this role, I developed marketing materials, wrote grant proposals, built out the CRM, and integrated tech tools to support donor engagement, volunteer campaigns, and fundraising events.
I led efforts to elevate the brand voice across all channels, created print and digital assets, managed media relations, and supported board presentations and public events. Through WordPress development and funnel strategy, I helped modernize the organization’s digital footprint, ultimately strengthening its mission delivery and impact.
