We implemented a component-based design system in Drupal that allowed content sections to be quickly reconfigured by updating titles and structured content blocks. This flexibility enabled the team to move faster and maintain consistency, even without formal wireframes at the start of the project.
I worked closely with the project manager and product owners to unify the site’s architecture and content strategy—defining page hierarchy, nomenclature, taxonomy, titles, slugs, metadata, and on-page copy across more than 20 technical disciplines. This approach helped connect content across the site, prevent silos, and ensure the website functioned as a cohesive system rather than a collection of disconnected pages.
