Project Summary: As part of a 5-person Fractional CMO team, I served as the Account Manager and UX Copywriter for an enterprise real estate law firm aiming to increase inbound leads through improved SEO and content strategy. I led strategic meetings, assessed the firm’s digital presence, and provided recommendations to elevate the brand and drive organic search performance. My responsibilities included conducting audience and keyword research, developing wireframes, and writing optimized content for new landing pages. I also managed project scheduling and budget coordination, helping break out phases for brand development, web build, and ongoing content marketing efforts—all designed to position the firm as a leader in a highly competitive legal niche.

The Project: Enterprise Real Estate Lawfirm engaged in a website to improve inbound leads through search engine optimization.

The Role: Served as part of a 5-person Fractional CMO Team, providing digital strategy, account management, and technical copywriting services.

Strategic Meetings:

• Helped create schedules and cadence for ongoing meetings, including;  kickoffs, strategy, and reporting sessions.
• Assessed the firm’s existing website and marketing collateral to make strategic recommendations for improvements.
• Worked to elevate the brand and increase organic search results.

Budget & Scheduling:

• Performed all account management duties.
• Worked with the CMO to create project breakouts for brand development, website development, and ongoing content marketing services.

Research:

• Worked in team environments to conduct audience research, keyword research and provided competitive analysis.

Optimized Content & Wireframes:

• Provided site structure recommendations, and keyword research, created wireframes, and wrote optimized content for the new landing pages.
